Happy Monday. Hope you all had a great weekend. I can’t believe how fast the holidays are approaching and I’m already thinking ahead to my New Year’s Resolutions and one of the things I’m actually looking forward to is eating better. I don’t know why but I find September – December to be the hardest time of the year to stay on track. In preparation for the holidays, I’m back to starting each day with a “green” smoothie even if they aren’t always green in color. And sometimes, even I need a little of what I call green smoothie inspiration so I don’t get bored. Are you in the same boat?
